CBP launched CAPE on April 20, 2026 to streamline IEEPA tariff refunds. We're surveying customs brokers, importer compliance teams, forwarders, and trade lawyers to publish the first independent operational view of the rollout.

CBP opened CAPE on April 20. ~19% of submitted entries are bouncing at validation. There’s no independent view of how brokers are actually filing — we’re publishing one.
